Broadcast Message administrator access denied

I'm trying to access the Broadcast Message admin, my user have the feature to do that, but when i enter the user for the Broadcast Message admin, and then the password the system said "invalid user id or password". Im sure im using the correct user and password because i can access the mailbox. I already rebooted the server with no luck. Im using CIsco Unity version 4.1.

Please help

Try to do the following:

- Please run the DBWalker go to Cisco UnityToolsDepot->Diagnostic Tool->Run DBWalker and send the output

- Go to Unity Tools Depot->Reporting Tools ->Send Gather Unity System Info
