We have call park configured on multiple systems where it works with no problems with 7941 and 7971 phones. The receptionist in some sites is utilizing a 7931 phone. When we push the park button on the 7931 we get a message "there is no mailbox at that extension, goodbye" and the call gets hung up. If park isn't supported on the 7931, it shouldn't show up on the second more screen when on a call. If it is supported, any ideas as to what we have misconfigured?

Call park is supported on the 7931. What IOS version/UC500 Software Pack are you using?

Hello Stephen,
I just tested the 7931 with Call Park and it is working fine. I have 4 slots for the Call Park - 701, 702, 703 and 704. I am able to park the call and pick it up with either the 7931 or another IP Phone like the 7921.
I am running IOS Version 12.4(20)T2.
