Outside number getting rogue calls from our office

A woman reports that she periodically gets call from our campus, however when she answers the call hangs up. Her caller ID only shows our trunk number. I have her phone number that is being called. Can someone suggest how to track down the DID and or device that is generating these calls?

Any ideas appreciated.

I would have he write down timestamps on when this happens.

use CAR (Cisco analysis and reporting).

off the top off my head:


and see if you can find the incoming call, hopefully the caller is sending CLID.

alternatively, debug isds q931 for a bit, to an external syslog server, and check the time call on the timestamps provided.
