UCCX support for Active Directory Single Sign On

Hi,

I have a customer who requires a contact center to work with CCM 7.0(2). CCM is synchronised with their AD and AD is used to authenticate user logins to CCMUser etc.

They would like to use single sign on where after logging onto the Windows domain upon starting their PC they do not have to enter any more usernames/passwords to access applications.

I do not believe that this is supported by UCCX but would like to know if there any plans to implement this in future versions or whether it can be achieved using a third party add on.

Failing that are there any other contact center products that support single sign on?

Hi,

Until Version 5.x thsi feature is not possible.

Hi,

Any update on this since the last post?

Thanks!

There are no plans from Cisco of supporting this AFAIK. There are enterprise SSO products that can achieve this. Novell Identity Manager and related tools is one example I believe.
