i have strange ssue the CAD if did not answer the call it should automticly go to not ready and the call taken to the qeue agin
but what happenening is the call lets say setup in te selct resource to 15 seconds the time
the call ring 15 sec after that it taken off that cad and directly ring the same CAD again and the status show reserved !!!
in CM i made the busy out and maximum call wait to 1 each but no luck !!!
