IPCCX 4.0(4) - wrap-up time not returning agents to 'Ready' state.

Last night i applied the monthly OS patches to server. No errors and everything came up fine.

However, today when agents finish on a call they are not put back into ready state after 5 second wrap-up.

Configuration has not been changed at all and everything appears configured correctly on CSQ , resource, agent based routing etc.

Was working prior to OS update and reboot of server.

Am going to reboot when call centre closes tonight but want to know if anybody has an idea to try without interrupting the whole call centre !!
