What is the main way in order to push the phonebook to the phones that are registring with Cisco Call Manager version 6.1?

what do you mean by phone book?

a corporate directory?

in which case this is a reflection of what is entered under the usermanagement pages (cucm admin pages) or syched from AD using LDAP
