****************Dial-peer keeps denying calls*****************************

Hi Pros

The following dial-peer keeps rejected all the calls- I means I got busy tone:

dial-peer voice 86008 voip

description -- send to OpenSER

translation-profile outgoing voip_toll_range_204

huntstop

destination-pattern 40345088..$

progress_ind setup enable 3

voice-class codec 1

session protocol sipv2

session target sip-server

dtmf-relay rtp-nte

playout-delay nominal 250

playout-delay mode fixed

ip qos dscp cs5 media

no vad

!

We use this dial-peer for GrandStream analog adapter. My sip server shows that the phone 8843 is resgistred with the server and downloaded the proper firmare. However, my PRI GW keep denis the calls. There an ouput from the PRI GW

Time elapsed since last clearing of voice call statistics never

Connect Time = 3303358, Charged Units = 0,

Successful Calls = 4, Failed Calls = 71, Incomplete Calls = 0

Accepted Calls = 64, Refused Calls = 0,

Last Disconnect Cause is "39 ",

Last Disconnect Text is "bearer capability not authorized (57)",

Last Setup Time = -1512913577.

: 4034508843 Digits: 11

I called my PSTN service provider, they said that they send us the call and our PRI denies it.

Any ideas why the PRI denies these calls?

Thanks in advance,

Crazy

I have this problem too.

what output do you get when you debug isdn q931

and does your dialpeer 86008 get hit at all?

(debug voip dialpeer all).

Show isdn q931 did not give me any output and the dial-peer does get hit because everytime i make a test call, the failed called increase of 1. But I still got Last disconnected cause=39.

Moved the dial-peer without any change at all to a different PRI GW and asked the PSTN service provider to point the number to the new PRI gateway. Everything works fine with the new PRI.

Sorry forgot to include in the previous post that I still need to find out why the previous get does not accept any call from this number. The PRI GW works fine for number and this is the first time I have issue with this gw.

I am considering the move over as a fix! I dont want to move all non-working number to another PRI. Really want to know what might wrong with this GW.

Thanks for any help.

Can we see the T1 controller, d-channel and voice port config for both spans?
