CDR issue.......

i'm acing the below issue in my organization.

we are using call manager 4.2. when cdr is generated and compared with service provider's report (for billing purpose), there are some calls missed in cdr report.we run the sql query to find out those missed calls in database but those entries are not there.this is happening every month. CDR also reconfigured.we are generating reports based on FAC code.

please anybody can me to resolve the issue..

Hi Bas,

I assume the difference is for outgoing calls.

Make sure all CDR flags are set to TRUE in all servers.

Does all calls use CUCM or are ther other devices that are using this circuit to telco and not connected to CUCM (FXS in H323,SIP)

How many calls are being missed...and call duration? We have 0 call duration flag?

Hi qoqasca,

yes u r correct this is for outgoing calls. all the flags including zero duration call flag are set true in all servers .in the missing call details, many call are ISD calls .that why we are facing lot of amount diffences between our bills and telco bill.
