we have problems with IPCCX 4.0 backup and BARS 4.0.14000.
The backup process starts and after a few minutes remains blocked at step
"Staging Cisco Customer Response Solutions target X.X.X.X"
Try to do the following:
- Close all of the IE in all sessions and console
- Go to Start>Programs>Administrative Tools>Component Services.
- In the window that opens, right click on Component Services>Computers>my computer>COM+ Applications>BARS, and select "Shut down"
- Rerun the restore / backup that was failing.
