CUPS Instance Msg Delay

My CUPS 7.0.2 integrated with CUCM 7,All of those function work correctly,except the IM.the msg send to another user always delay more than 20s,Instance Msg not immediately!!

Whats the topology?

Are you using this over VPN?

All PCs same LAN?

CUPS and PCs using proper DNS server?

All server and computer are in same VLAN and use same DNS.

1) We need proxy log on debug level with following options:

a) Enable SIP Message and State Machine Trace

b) Enable SIP TCP Trace

2) We need presence engine log on debug level

3) You need to recreate the problem before collecting logs. Send one (and only one) message.

4) Let me know the sender and receipent's user ID and the content of the message.

When Reverse Lookup Zones was put in the setting of DNS, it solved it.
