We are using Cisco call manager 4.1 and currently all the available extensions are in use. We need to add 10 more extensions urgently in call manager for mobile and wireless users. I would appreciate if any one can help me in this regards.

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for replying..

Following are some details hope it will clarify my Question.

> Mobile users means we have users who wants to use ccm extensions on Nokia E series mobile phones.

> Our CCM4.1 is 100 user licensed and currently all of them are in use. We need 10 more users to be added. These users are wireless cisco phones and nokia E series mobile users. Can we purchase additional users license from Cisco or its a hardware based licensing? Do we need any special license specification for these users?

How we can upgrade the license in CCM4.1 and Will it cause any disruption in service if we upgrade the license for additional users provided additional users license is available from cisco for CCM4.1.

Thanks in advance for your time and support.
