Rebooting problem

Hello,

we have problem with rebooting phones SPA922

after power on phone, have error code H0 and after some time phone reboot with code C2000000

in attach sending log from phone

Configuration:

SPA922 (6.1.5a)

PoE switch

What call control is the SPA922 registering to? SPA9000 or ???

Thanks for the logged information, I'm researching these reboot codes. I'm wondering if all is well on the LAN? Is the DHCP server on the LAN good?

Hi Tomas,

You mention "phones" but the log shows one phone's IP address. How many other phones are presenting these problems?

Do you have any phones on this LAN that work without problems?

H0 indicates that the system was power cycled.

20000 is related to DHCP problems

C means that the unit performed the equivalent of a cold start

Thus C200000 means that the unit has been through a cold start and is experiencing DHCP issues.

Consider running Wireshark on the LAN on the switch port that the phone is connected to. Analyze the trace for clues when the phone boots.
