Flexible Netflow

I have the following scenario: The network core are provided by Catalysts 6500. Unfortunately there's only one VLAN configured.

I need to determine the bandwidth utilization each server has per flow over time.

My question is if possible to configure the 6500's layer2 interfaces to provide me with the Flexible Netflow data.

Thanks for your answer. I still have a doubt though.

I'm trying to determine the flow statistics between servers, but they are on the same VLAN.

As far as I could understand from the Configuration Guide only statistics for routed traffic are collected.

Will I be able to collect the traffic information in this scenario?

The command I indicated will track Layer2 flows within the same Vlan. You need to place the command from the link I posted under your SVI.
