After I upgraded to CUCM 7.0, cdrs are no longer being sent to our remote billing server. The call manager is able to ping the box and the billing server user name and password are correct. Looking at the trace logs shows that the call manager believes it's getting a null user name.

I've done an axl database query and the username is defined in the billingserver table. Has any one else experienced this problem?

This might also be part of it.

Hi
I am also facing the same issue that cdr is not going to sftp in billing server.
whereas connectivity is ok.
Plz let me know if you find the solution

Yeah, I found a work around. Apparently the path is getting messed up somewhere in the code. If you don't specify a directory, the cdrs will begin to transfer again, but only to the billing server's root sftp directory.
