I have customer requesting activity on inbound trunks. They have PRI's and SIP trunks. I need to see how many call hit certain inbound numbers. I have checked the CDR reports but they are very general. Does anyone have any solution. This customer does not have CCX.

Patty,
Try CallAccounting Mate as a very cheap but effective reporting tool. The tech support is excellent as well
