Good CDR Reporting Software for CUCM6.x

I am looking for an easy to use, easy to set-up with pretty pictures for management and easy to use backend for the techs, help desk people.

I have CUCM 6.1, but will be going to 7.x in the next several months.

any ideas with links would be helpful. Also not looking for free, my experience has been free means no support so I need something that has a good support model as well.
