The easiest way is to connect to router with CME, verify flash can be updated with new firmware, speakerphone is working, all buttons are working.

We do not have CME. All we have is Ws-c3548-xl-en switch with the IP phone 7960G. Could you please provide me the list of testing and how to do the same.

CME is into any router with voice image. You cannot test without it.
The most important tests I've indicated above.
