My AC user can go online fine with Call Control up. If i configure broadcast hunting however the AC answers the call automatically as it should, places it in the Broadcast queue however it does not appear in the Broadcast calls window in the AC application. The call sits on hold and I obviously cant answer it. I have the reception AC user configured as the hunt group member.
Struggling to resolve this, any help appreciated.

Make sure hunt group is configure for AC users no DN.

thanks for the repsone.
hunt group available members are configured as:
Direct Call to reception, Line 1
reception being my AC user.
Its my understanding that this is correct. So no DN..

So often those really tricking problems turn out to be firewall related..
This turned out to be the case here.
The attendant console is of course running on a desktop and not in the voice vlan.. Firewall rules were not configured to handle the AC traffic to the data VLAN.
