ACD with Hlog All Agents Busy message overlap

Hello,

Using ACD 3.0 with hunt-group logout HLog.

When all Agents are logged out I hear a few seconds of the en_bacd_allagentsbusy.au message before the en_bacd_disconnect.au. I was expecting to hear the disconnect message straightaway.

Any help is welcome.

Is this a new installation? Did this setup work before? If yes, what did u change?

This is a new installation.

Workaround(?) was to re-record "all agents busy" msg with a few seconds of silence in the beginning!
