CER Licensing issue

I have two CER servers configured as primary / secondary in a group. They are showing 100 user license each. I am trying to upload the 300 more user license , the file get uploaded and it says that license file validated and sucessfully uploaded.

But the user license counts still says 100.

Any thoughts ??

can you run the command below and post the screen output?

run sql select * from cerserver

A syntax error has occurred.

admin:

Syntax:

run sql sql_statement

sql_statement mandatory the sql command to run

admin:run sql
