I've got a bit of a problem with my UC500. It's not in production yet, so it's only a bit of a problem.
I have my main number set up to go straight to Auto Attendant at ext 801. The AA is only configured as defaults. All calls that come into my main number, go straight to a dial tone. At the dial tone I can dial any internal extension, and it will ring, but the AA never picks up.
Any ideas?

Confiugure:
dial-peer voice 1 pots
incoming called number .
direct-inward-dial
Theh if using FXO, configure connection plar with AA number under each voice port.

OK, I have to ask, because I'm not familiar with the IOS command line...
Is there a way I can fix this through CCA?

You may try, but I do not guarantee the result.
The GUI doesn't do anything, and something do wrong.
Plus, it prevents you from learning the CLI commands that are the only way to professionally use the product.
