I am having an issue using tftp to copy the IOS image into my UC 500. I get an "Error Opening" message then I get a (socket error) at the end.
The Ip address, File source and destination are all right. Im not sure what else I could be doing wrong.

Anything changes if you reload the router ?

Im in rommon> mode now.
I deleted the old flash and want to upgrade to 7.0.2. and now I have to copy the image through the boot mode. Im not too sure on how to do this also.

It sounds like a directory issue to me. Try moving the IOS image to the root directory of the tftp server.
