Why is only one image showing up in user preferences for the 7965?

Per flash all files are there.

You say the files are on flash, but do the phones know how to get to them?  Check to see if there are statements in the CLI similar to

tftp-server flash:/Desktops/NantucketFlowers.png

for each image and then make sure that this statement is correctly reflecting the file's location on flash.

I did, and I also found another post thats shows a problem.

All of them have an alias and the file name after each.

If I retyper tftp-server without the alias, they appear.

Cisco shoul dllok into this.
