I am trying to config a way to have a pilot point number utilize TOD for the lunch hour to call our service-desk and then the operator as the operator is training people how to cover for her lunch hours for the next couple of months. Currently we have calls going to the operrator and over flow to the service-desk staff. So what I need to do is create/modify the Pilot-Point to:
1) route calls as they are today from 7:30am-11:30am (operator 1st then SD).
2) route calls to the SD staff from 11:30am -12:30pm (SD staff then operator).
3) route calls from 12:31pm -7:30am as normal (operator first then SD-staff).
I did this for an individual dn but that was for period of 7am-5pm to ring their phone and from 5:01pm -6:59am not to ring their phone. I'm having a mental block at this point.
