NEC and CISCO UCM

I have an NEC 2400 IMX connected via a PRI to a 2851 series router which in turn is connected to UCM 6.1 via MGCP. 4 digit dialing works great between NEC phones and the ip phones. DID calls into the IP phones work great. However, when I try to call out to an external number from the IP phone it looks as though the NEC side is stripping it down to 4 digits no matter what.

Any one have any ideas?

This sounds like an issue on the NEC configuration. I am a little rusty on my 2400 programming, but I know trunk to trunk would need to be enabled and possibly some digit manipulation too. Maybe you can engage the NEC vendor to help? Do you have access to the 2400 MAT?
