Buenas tardes!!
Instale un UC500 en mi red, todo funcionaba bien, pero se adquirieron pc´s con windosws vista y no salen a ciertos sitios de internet y al messenger de hotmail.
Las pc´s con windows XP no tienen problema.
Si quito el UC500 y dejo el modem ADSL dando el servicio no tienen problema.
Ojala y puedan ayudarme.

Can you please ensure that the Vista users are pulling a DHCP IP? According to this article from MSFT, Vista has issues with some routers:

You can try the workaround in the article, or change to static IP's on your Vista PC's. Let us know,

Thanks for your answer.
I tried with static ip address and the assigments fron the DHCP is OK.
the PC is doing the same, does not go to microsoft website and hotmail.
any other suggestion?

I honestly don't know what's wrong here. Have you contacted Microsoft?
