How to verify the software images presence and version?

Hi All,

I use 26xx router. How can i verify the following software image presence and version,

1. Cisco Unified Callmanager Express software

2. Cisco Unity Express Software

Hello,

You can find the info you need by telnetting to the router, and issuing the command "show telephony-service". This will show you the CME version. To get the CUE version, telnet to the AIM or NM by issuing the command "service-module Service-Engine x/x session", once you are in, issue the command "show software version".

Or you could simply access the GUI and the info will be under Help--->About.
