Hi All,

How do I verify the following in 7960 IP Phone,

1. IP address of the phone

2. CME software version

3. Extension number

And how to access the GUI prompt of Cisco 7960 IP phone?

you can use show commands:

Commands: show ss7 sm set through shutdown (voice-port)

Cisco Unified CME Commands: sast1 trustpoint through show fb-its-log

To access phone GUI just type the IP of the phone in a browser

Hi friend.

1. Settings->Network Configuration to check IP, Mask, Gateway, TFTP.

2. You can check only the firmware.

3. If the phone is configured, you can check directory number on the display of the phone.
