When configuring a PRI on a AS5350XM, I got the following output when I do show controller E1 3/0 :

E1 3/0 is down.

Applique type is Channelized E1 - balanced

Far End Block Errors Detected

Receiver has loss of signal.

alarm-trigger is not set

Version info of slot 3: HW: 1032, PLD Rev: 7

Framer Version: 0x9

Any suggestions to resolve this . ( In my opinion, it's a problem of câble, But I hope that I'm wrong, because it's an octal câble. I suppose I can't find anywhere but only through Cisco )
