We are running UPC 7.0 and CUCM 6.1.2 and sometimes I only see a handful of UPC-users as registered and having an IP address but they are able to communicate properly ( I tested with my co-worker)and their status/IP address is "unknown" in CUCM. I thought maybe it was related to PUB only but see the same thing on both SUB/PUB. Any ideas why they show up this way in CUCM?
