Im still new at this, but how can I ping between my laptop and UC500. I have a cable connected in one of the PoE ports on the UC to my PC ethernet port. I did the ping command from the UC to my PC and vice versa but never got it. I would always get a message that says "unidentified IP" and request time outs.
