If I do not want to use CLI, is there an option using DM or FMS to define schedules & jobs on MDS9500?

If there is how do I navigate?

The chart B1 in the Fabric Manager Configuration Guide located at:

http://cisco.com/en/US/docs/switches/datacenter/mds9000/sw/4_1/configuration/guides/fm_4_1/fmguide.html

states that schedule configuration is not supported via Fabric or Device Manager.

So unfortunately the answer to your question is no, it is not supported via FM or DM, only CLI.

You could create a text file of the schedule config you want and place it on a TFTP server. Then use FMS to copy the scheduler config file from the TFTP to running on each switch.

Works great. However if you want each scheduler to be unique it can be a bit more challenging to do this.
