CCM 7 is being set up with AD integration via LDAP. There are over 2200 users in the AD.
The integration works, but it only pulls back 1200 users.....EXACTLY 1200 users.
I find this very susicious, but have no idea where to go with this short of a TAC case. Has anyone else seen this?

Interesting. When I pull the logs, I see a bunch of failures saying "missing attribute", but nothing that looks like a process termination type error where it just dies. I went and looked at some of the accounts it wouldn't import. The common thing is that there was no last name in AD. When I add a last name, it pulls over. I guess the 1200 number was just a strange coincidence.

Right. It's a known problem that CUCM cannot sync LDAP account without last name.

The behavior is explained in the config guides
After you configure LDAP synchronization in Cisco Unified Communications Manager Administration, users without last names in the corporate directory do not synchronize with the Cisco Unified Communications Manager database. No error displays in Cisco Unified Communications Manager Administration, but the log file indicates which users did not synchronize.
