Calls to Call Blast Groups disconnecting

We are programming using CCA 2.0 and have found that our Call Blast Groups are disconnecting. The system is programmed to ring to a blast group then overflow to another Blast Group with the same plus a couple more members. On this group i set the overflow to None and am finding that calls disconnect after around 20 seconds of ringing into this group.

The system will not ring the blast group forever. Blast group timers need to be set lower than the CFNA timers of the phones that are in that blast group. Could you explain what you would like out of the call flow, that way we could offer some suggestions on alternative configurations.
