CCM 5.1.3 to 7.0.2 upgrade help.

I need to upgrade CM 5.1.3 cluster to 7.0.2 and need some clarification.

From the doc, it says that it uses CMUpgrade_UCOS_X.X.X.X.X.sgn.iso format but I can only find UCSInstall_UCOS_X.X.X.X.X.sgn.iso format upgrade files (part 1 and 2) from CCO.

Am I supposed to combine those files into 1 DVD and rename that file to CMUpgrade format?

also, do I need to upgrade locales and dial plan?

I have this problem too.

1st You won't be able to upgrade with CCO files.

2nd

Files would be:

UCSInstall_UCOS_7.0.2.10000-18.sgn.iso_part1of2

UCSInstall_UCOS_7.0.2.10000-18.sgn.iso_part2of2

Readme contains instructions to merge files

But then again, you won't be able to use them, as it's more than clearly stated which version is required to use them

Cisco Unified Communications Manager 7.0(2) part 1 of 2 (non-bootable) - For upgrade from 6.0(1), 6.1(1), 6.1(2), and 7.0(1).
