UC520W and Unity Express - cannot click setup button under applications

Hi,

I upgraded the UC520W to the latest SBCS packs and with unity 7.0.3. Everything seems to work fine but I cannot seem to be able setup unity under applications. First I enable it then I try to set it up but the setup button is not selectable.

I am using CCA2.0. I received no errors during or after the upgrade and also checked the status of each component via CLI and its seems to be fine.

Any ideas?

Can you clarify exactly what you are trying to do here? I do not understand the "setup unity" statement.

I understand.  That button is greayed out (circled below) since there is nothing to setup in CCA for VOice Mail Integration to IMAP.

This is OK.

Hi,

The problem was an upgrade to cca2.0 and the latest IOS/CME/CUE for the UC520. After redoing the upgrade, everything worked as it should have.
