When i m trying to view the CM-> Topology

its coming as Unable to Launch application(Java Webstart Error)

IN DETAILS its coming as temporary internet files : some file is missed( It Is missed)

but when i uninstalled and reinstalled it is showing same error,

how could i resolve the problem

What version of Campus Manager are you using? What version of Java Web Start is on the client? What is the exact error you're seeing?

i hav soved the issue with your suggestion given in the froum & installed firefox 2.0
