Very URGENT - How to listen to messages left on system call handlers

Hi,

I have configured a system call handler with a schedule. Everything is working fine. During OH we transfer to a hunt group. After office hours we play a greeting, after the greeting we take messages.

Now the question is where/who/how can we listen to these messages?

Hi Wouter,

Have a look at this page (below), it's likely that the messages are being left in the Example Administrator account unless something else has been specifically configured;

Call Management > Call Handlers > Messages Page > Message Recipient

Select the subscriber or public distribution list that receives messages left for this call handler. Select a recipient type from the list, then click Select.

When you select a public distribution list, each member of the list receives the call handler messages.

Default: A selected subscriber.
