LDAP users can not log in the End User Web Page CCM6

CCM version: 6.1.1.2000-3

I enabled Synchronizing from LDAP Server.

I created LDAP directory.

I enabled LDAP Authentication for End Users.

After LDAP synchronization process End Users from LDAP were appeared in CCM. Everething is correct.

The problem is if I try to log in at End User Web Page with user login and password from AD CCM says that Login or Password is not correct.

But if I turn off LDAP synchronization and create an End User manually I log in to End User Web Page succesfully.

Is it possible to log in to End User Web Page for LDAP User ?

Hi friend, just as an advice, did you try to reset the user password from LDAP and try to login again?

go into the CUCM admin pages and go to user management, make sure you add the appropriate permission to you user, CCM user will do, also make sure you associate a phone with this user.

All End Users have appropriate permissions.

I've found the problem:

the LDAP Authentication argument 'LDAP User Search Base' refered to LDAP Branch which did n't contain any User.
