Hi,
I have two 3560 switch which needs to be configure as a stack. will it form a swithing loop if i uplink each of those switches to a single core switch.if yes how to avoid it ?

Yes you would, it's the same as if you just connected 1 switch to 2 seperate core switches, this also would create a switch loop.

if you interlink the two 3560's via the stack cable - then become 1 logical switch, even though they are 2 physicals switches.
You can have multiple uplinks to your core switches, STP will recognise the switch stack as 1 logical switch - there will be no switching loop.
