Hello everybody,
I am appreciating your help on my issue, I cannot hear busy signal in my cisco
phone, an example when I picked up the Cisco phone and other person is
calling me he cannot hear the busy signal.This problem happened when the call received internally or externally

Are using CUCM, CME?
What you hear instead?
If CUCM whats busy trigger under DN (Directory Number configuration)?
If CME do you call-waiting?

Thanks a lot for paying attention to my concern, I am using CUCM version 6 and whenever the line is busy I am hearing normal dial tone, you can check the existing configuration in my previous e-mail

Check your busy trigger config under relevant DN, you need to set to 1 in order to get a busy signal on a 2nd call.
