My agents are getting the following error when trying to "go ready" after logging in to Cisco Desktop Agent for IPCC.
"Cannot go to the ready state while the phone is out of service. Other state changes are possible."
I have tried removing the device association between their phone and RM_User and adding it back. So far, no luck. Has anyone else run in to this issue or have any recommendations to resolving it?
It is not happening to every agent, just a handfull.
