We just have this issue recently; we got this warning message when trying to delete the subscriber in the Unity. This is only happening in one server. If I failover to the other server, I can delete the subscriber without this warning.

Any idea what cause this warning?

Below is the warning message:

Substitute Objects have not yet been configured on this Unity Server. Deleting this Subscriber, if it own or is referenced by Call Handlers, Directory Handlers, Interview Handlers, or Restriction Tables, could cause database errors.

You can either cancel the deletion and configure Substitute Objects or proceed with the deletion and run DBWalker to identify any database errors.
