Errors using CCA2 on system programmed with CCC

We have a site that was programmed using the CCC interface that i believe was being tested a few months ago. I am told that we can not now program it using CCA2.0 since when they try they receive errors. I need some advise about how to proceed with this site. Will the CCC interface be continued and is it suitable for programming changes or should we reprogram the system again using CCA2.0? Currently the only way to maintain the system seems to be by CLI and we would rather not have to use this for future changes if we can help it?
