Hi Experts,
I really want to know if Cisco routers can run IPsec over ISDN line. Really need your kind advise if it is possible. Besides, is it the configuration is the same as IPsec over lease line??

Yes, IPSec will run in ISDN (BRI or PRI).
It should match exactly interesting traffic in the dialer.

IPSEC is layer 3 protocol
ISDN is layer 1 through 3.
Layer 3 refers mostly to call setup and won't interfere with your ipsec configuration.
Of course IPSEC can run over ISDN, and the configuration will be similar.
