Hi, I have configured IPV6 on Frame Relay. I am confused where to use "Broadcast" keyword in FR mapping. I mean should I use this in "Link-Local" address or Global Unicast address. Please help.

Hello Rupesh,
if you use a dynamic routing protocol like OSPFv3 or EIGRPv6 you need to add the broadcast option to link local mapping because it helps for their multicast hello messages.
see

Hope to help

1. if I use "Broadcast" on Global unicast interface IP and removing on Link-Local, I am still getting all updates.
2. In both cases, I am seeing Next hop as Local link for OSPF update.
Any idea for both queries, why this is happening ?

Hello Rupesh,
this may come from the OSPF network type that influences if multicast are used or not.
sh ipv6 ospf int typex/y
or post the config
2) this is correct: OSPFv3 and EIGRPv6 exchange routing information using link local addresses so it is also reasonable to see the link local as the next-hop ipv6 address
Hope to help
