Hello all,

In our company we are using CiscoWorks LMS 3.0.1.

Presently,We are using Hum 1.0.2 version.

If the site is down , we get errors mail for after every 5 mins or 6 mins or 10 mins mins- device availability threshold violation

Error: Router has violated the 0.0 Device Availability threshold

We are getting mails every 5 mins. Timming is not constent sometime we get mails after 5 mins or 10 mins mentioning same site.

Thresold seting in HUM

MIB object name: sysUpTime

Instance Name: Device Availability

Number of violatons: 2

Threshold condition: var == 0.0

Violation value: 0.0

Severity: Critical

we have 4 GB RAM and updated HUM version

Note: If the site is down for 2 days . we got nearly 200 mails .if 4 sites are down then we get 800 mails .

How can we check each every mail. If we mark as all read then we miss some inportant mails.

Is there any way to stop these mails or reduse to some extent ,other wise it will be worse to check all mails.

Please provide the solution for it .
