WAAS Mobile - BrokenTCP

I try establish an connection client (with WAAS Mobile Client)/server (my application), but when I running WAAS Mobile I see in Wireshark the following: SYN->SYN,ACK->RST. The reset packet has the following:

Acknowledgment number: Broken TCP. The acknowledge field is nonzero while

the ACK flag is not set.

There isn't firewall between client and server. My particular application use port 81.

What is the meaning of this error and can you guide me on what I should

check because this is not working to only unique application?

proximity probe rtt method

To configure the primary and secondary methods to be used for proximity metric discovery, use the proximity probe rtt method command. The discovery method uses ICMP Echo requests or a TCP SYN, SYN-ACK, RST sequence to the configured TCP ports as the Round-Trip Time (RTT) discovery method.
