background image problem

Hi,

I have CCM 4.1.3 and I can't change the background image on all phones models.

I have this error in log of my TFTP server:

06/02/2009 08:23:07.444 TFTP|TFTPServer::validateAccess[07BF85E0][13956:10.12.18.85:49169]() file[C:\PROGRAM FILES\CISCO\TFTPPATH\DESKTOPS/320X212X16/LIST.XML] error - File Name or Path not found|<CLID::DKN01TA-Cluster><NID::10.0.17.15>

06/02/2009 08:23:07.444 TFTP| CTftpConnect::tftp[13956:10.12.18.85:49169] File[Desktops/320x212x16/List.xml] not found|<CLID::DKN01TA-Cluster><NID::10.0e.17.15>

On the phone, I have the message "selections unavailales"

But my file exist on my tftp server.

And with IP-communicator, I's working!

someone has an idea?

If the file and the directory really exist, reset tftp service.

This line in your post looks strange:

"C:\PROGRAM FILES\CISCO\TFTPPATH\DESKTOPS/320X212X16/LIST.XML"

"/", "\" ??

For your reference this is for CUCM 6.x, but the file formats and directories are still valid:

The background you configured is ONLY for 7970 / 7971, it's expected it works with an IPC.

If you have other phone models that support backgrounds you'll have to configure them, it's not 1 config fits all.

Search CCO for 79xx ip phone administration guides

Replace 79XX for model you have, use the 4.X guide and under customizing the ip phone you'll find instructions for backgrounds.
